We will send your travel documents approx. 3 weeks before arrival after receipt of your final payment. You will receive detailed information on contact adresses and the handling of the key delivery.
Key delivery will in general be effected between 16:00 oder 17:00 h as the properties have to be cleaned before in case of a guest change on the same day. On departure day the properties have to be left at 10:00 h in the morning after a basic cleaning.
At the key delivery for our vacation villas and apartments the owner or representative is entitled to claim a deposit up to EUR 300,- cash. In case of taking a pet with you there might be a higher deposit. Please check in advance with us. Your travel document will show the amount of the deposit.
Our rental prices include all extra costs as water, gas, electricity and final cleaning. The properties have to be left after a basic cleaning, dish has to be cleaned by yourself. Heating will be charged seperately according to your consumption. Details are shown at the description of the property on our website.
Bedlinen and towels are provided in every property (Exception: vacation villas at the Costa Brava). Spanish beds are mostly only 1,80 -1,90 m long.
The minimum rental time for our vacation villas and apartments is in general 7 nights. Please check our property descriptions for details as for some regions short-breaks are possible.
After receipt of our formal booking-confirmation / invoice by fax or email an initial deposit of 30% will fall due. Payment can be effected by bank transfer (all charges on your behalf) or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). In any case we will need your credit card details in order to guarantee your booking. On your invoice you will find our bank details and the date for the final payment.
Some properties at the Costa Brava, Costa Blanca and in Andalusia are suitable for winter. In general these are vacation villas or apartments which show central-heating or a combined air-conditioning/heating in the detailed description. Properties without this heatings can only be heated by electric radiators (against charge) and not suitable for winter.
Heating will be charged seperately on-site according to your consumption. Details are shown at the description of the property on our website.
It is possible to rent our properties up to 3 months, we do not offer permanent rentals. Please refer to a real estate agency for rentals of more than 3 months. Special prices for long-term rentals will be provided on request.
Pools are mostly in operation from easter to October. Exceptions are possible according to regions / objects. Details are shown at the property descriptions.
